PG&E is working to keep communities safe from wildfire by utilizing drones, helicopters, weather stations, cameras and other technology available. To enhance the effort, PG&E recently launched the PG&E Report It app, a new program allowing customers to easily report non-emergency safety concerns related to PG&E electrical equipment. During this pilot program, usage of the app will be focused on reports from customers in high fire threat areas.
With the app, you are able to:
- Submit a photo or video of a non-emergency safety concern (PG&E will respond within 30 days)
- See submissions made by other users
- Get notified when your safety concern is under review or closed
