A plan review application must be completed for the Department of Fire Prevention to process. Plans are reviewed and processed during normal business hours Monday thru Thursday. Please allow 14 business days for plans to be reviewed.
The plan review does have a deposit that will be determined by the plan review application. Once the plan review application is received, you will be sent an email on the amount due and the options to make the payment. The fees are determined on our fee schedule, which can be reviewed by clicking here.
